How To Submit Your Podcast to iHeartRadio Video (and other video platforms)

How to Submit a Video Podcast to iHeartRadio via RSS in FlightCast

1. Turn on Video in RSS Feed 0:00

• In FlightCast, click Podcasts in the left sidebar.
• At the top, open Integrations.
• Scroll to Video in RSS Feed and switch it on.
• This enables your show to be submitted as a video podcast through supported directories.

2. Open the iHeartRadio submission flow 0:18

• Scroll to iHeartRadio in the integrations list.
• First, submit your show normally, just like you would for an audio podcast.
• Click Go to iHeartRadio to begin the directory submission process.

3. Submit your podcast to iHeartRadio 0:28

• Click Submit your podcast.
• Select Add your podcast.
• Create an account if needed.
• Paste in your RSS feed.
• Click Verify podcast RSS.
• Accept the terms and conditions.
• Click Submit.

4. Copy the iHeartRadio podcast link 0:42

• After submission, copy the link that looks like:
• iHeart.com/podcast/...
• This link is needed to connect the directory listing back to FlightCast.

5. Paste the iHeartRadio link back into FlightCast 0:57

• Return to FlightCast.
• Paste the copied iHeartRadio link into Step 3.
• Click Submit.
• Your show is now officially linked through RSS.

6. Enable iHeart video support 1:06

• Click the arrow next to iHeart again.
• Scroll down and select Enable iHeart Video.
• Click Set Up iHeart Radio.
• Agree to all iHeart terms.
• Click Submit to finish enabling video support.

7. Wait for approval and watch for more platforms 1:21

• Approval typically takes 48 to 72 hours.
• At the moment, only a few platforms support video this way.
• As more platforms are added, they will appear in the directories list for you to submit to.
