How to Unpublish an Episode in Flightcast

1. Choose how you want to unpublish 0:00

• Flightcast gives you two ways to unpublish an episode:
• Unpublish from one individual platform
• Unpublish from all platforms at once
• Pick the method that matches what you want to remove.

2. Unpublish from a single platform 0:08

• Open the episode.
• Open the Publishing panel on the right.
• If you don’t see it, click the Hide or Show Publishing Panel button in the top-right corner.
• It looks like a small drawer icon.
• Find the platform you want to remove.
• Turn off that platform’s switch.
• Review the popup explaining what will happen.
• Click Unpublish to confirm.

3. Unpublish from all platforms at once 0:30

• Use this option if you want to remove the episode everywhere.
• Click the Unpublish button:
• At the bottom of the Publish panel, or
• In the top-right of the episode page.
• Review the list of platforms that will be unpublished.
• Read the explanation of what happens for each platform.
• Confirm the action to unpublish everything.

4. Understand what unpublishing does on each platform 0:52

• Spotify: unpublishing creates a draft.
• RSS feed: unpublishing removes the episode from the feed.
• YouTube: unpublishing makes the episode private.

5. Republish the episode later if needed 1:01

• To make the episode live again:
• Add a publish date again.
• Turn the platforms back on.
• Click Review.
• Then choose Schedule or Review and Publish.
