How to Update Fields in a Live or Scheduled Episode


 


1. Open the episode you want to edit 0:00

  • Click into the live or scheduled episode.
  • You can update one field or multiple fields at once.
  • Example: change the title by adding an exclamation point.


 


2. Review your changes before publishing 0:13

  • After making your edits, click Preview and Update Episode.
  • Review which platforms the changes will apply to.
  • Confirm which fields were edited.
  • Example: a title change may apply to YouTube, Spotify, and RSS.


 


3. Publish the edits to make them live 0:20

  • Click Publish Edits to push the changes live.
  • This finalizes the update across the selected platforms.


 


4. Customize edits for specific platforms 0:27

  • If you want different values on only certain platforms, click Customize.
  • Select the platform you want to edit separately.
  • Example: set a different title for RSS while keeping the main episode title unchanged.


 


5. Enter platform-specific content and publish 0:47

  • Type the platform-specific version of the field.
  • Click out of the field, then select Preview and Update Episode.
  • Verify that only the intended platform is being changed.
  • Click Publish Edits to apply the platform-specific update.


 


6. Apply the same process to other fields 1:00
