# Flightcast Pricing

Flightcast has three main plans. Basic, Pro, and Legend.
The main differences are the amount of clips and downloads.
The Basic Plan has no clips, the Pro Plan has 1 episode worth of clips per month, and the Legend plan has 4 episodes worth of clips per month.
The Basic Plan has 50k included Downloads. The Pro plan has 100k included Downloads. The Legend plan has 250k included Downloads.
If you want to automatically copy your entire youtube channel to Spotify, and keep it synced, you need at least the Pro Plan.
This feature is called "YouTube->Podcast", or "Auto-Sync YouTube to Spotify".

## Managing Your Subscription

### How do I change my payment method?

To update the card on file, go to **Podcast Settings > Billing**. From there you can manage your subscription and payment method. Be careful not to cancel your active subscription while making changes. If you have any trouble finding the option, reach out to support@flightcast.com and we can send you a direct link to your billing portal.

### How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to **Podcast Settings > Billing**, where you'll find the option to cancel your subscription. Note that deleting your account is separate from cancelling your subscription. If you only see an option to delete your account, or you're unable to cancel, contact support@flightcast.com and we'll confirm the cancellation on our end.

### How do I request a refund?

If you were charged after cancelling, or believe you were charged in error, contact support@flightcast.com. We can review your account and issue a refund. Note that it's possible to accidentally create more than one subscription; if only one was cancelled, the other may still be active and billing you. We can cancel and refund any extra subscription.
