How to setup Spotify Video
Only do this if you have already redirected your rss feed to Flightcast.
If you moved from Spotify for Creators to Flightcast originally, please reach out to support, as some steps will be different.
- In Spotify for CreatorsIn the top-left, click “Host with us.”In the top-right, click “Get started.”On the next screen, tick the checkbox in the grey box to confirm you want to switch hosting.Click “Switch.”Wait for the loading bar to fully complete.When it’s done, look for the “Copy RSS feed” button.If you don’t see it right away, click “View more” and then you should see “Copy RSS feed.”Click “Copy RSS feed.”
- In Flightcast
- Go back to Flightcast.
- Paste that RSS URL into the Video feed (or Video RSS feed) box.
- Click Save or Next to continue.
- Confirm the redirect in Spotify
- Go back to Spotify for Creators.
- Click “Check redirect status” (it’s next to the “Copy RSS feed” button).
- You should see a success state (e.g. “Let’s go” or similar) indicating the redirect is working.
- Finish setup in Flightcast
- Return to Flightcast and continue the setup flow as normal.
