Step By Step


1. Create a Clips Channel 0:01

  • Go to YouTube and create a new channel specifically for clips.
  • Name the channel something like 'Bankless Fan Club' or 'Bankless Unofficial'.
  • This channel will generate AI YouTube shorts automatically.


2. Connect Your Clips Channel 1:25

  • Visit YouTube Channel Switcher.
  • Click the 'Create Channel' button.
  • Sign in and grant permission to connect your YouTube account.

  • Enable 'Auto-Upload' to automatically upload clips at a set frequency.
  • Set the frequency to 'Daily' for the first week or two to avoid YouTube bans.


4. Enable Auto-Generate Clips 2:44

  • If on the Legend plan, enable 'Auto-Generate' to create clips from new episodes automatically.
  • If on the Pro plan, you may need to select which episode to clip manually.

  • Hit 'Download' to save the clip for sharing on other platforms like Instagram or TikTok.

  • If no video file is available, go to the episode with the YouTube video.
  • Click the three dots and select 'Import Video File from YouTube'.
  • Wait for the video to import before clipping.


7. Monitor and Adjust Posting Frequency 6:17

  • After 1-2 weeks, consider changing the posting frequency to every 12 hours.
  • After another 2 weeks, you can adjust to every 8 hours, but do not exceed 3 clips per day.


Cautionary Notes


  • Avoid Spamming Uploads: Do not hit the upload button excessively to prevent your clips channel from being banned.
  • Monitor Clip Quality: Since the clips are auto-generated, ensure to review their performance regularly.

  • Use Test Channels: Always use a test channel for clips to avoid impacting your main branding.
  • Track Performance: Regularly check which clips perform best to refine your content strategy.
