Step By Step


1. Access Podcast Settings 0:01

  • Open Flightcast.
  • Click on 'Podcast' on the left side menu.
  • Select 'Integrations' at the top.


2. Navigate to YouTube to Podcast Sync Options 0:19

  • Scroll down to find 'YouTube to podcast sync options'.


3. Choose Sync Options 0:28

  • At the bottom, you have two options:
  • Full Catalog: This option will post all your old and new YouTube videos to Spotify.
  • Going Forward Only: This option will only post new videos uploaded from today onward.


4. Understand Playlist Requirement 0:38

  • Flightcast creates a playlist for you (e.g., 'RockSest Show').
  • Only videos added to this playlist will be detected for syncing.


5. Decide on Back Catalog Upload 1:07

  • If you want to upload your entire back catalog (e.g., 500 videos), select 'Full Catalog'.
  • Note: Uploading a large number of videos may affect your monthly refund due to costs.


6. Choose Your Sync Preference 1:12

  • If you prefer to only sync new videos going forward, select 'Going Forward'.
  • Confirm your choice based on your needs.
